Fidelis completed a 20,000-square-foot roof replacement at the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans St. Joseph Administration Facility. The scope required the complete removal of the existing roofing system along with an existing rooftop garden, followed by the installation of a brand-new high-performance Modified Bitumen roofing system. The team safely managed the intricate logistics of dismantling the rooftop garden without disrupting building operations, maintaining a clean, secure job site and transparent communication throughout the project.
